This means that there was a bit going on between Satan and God well before Creation. Satan many angels following his lead; as did God's angels follow God and we have no idea how many angels or other entities existed before God's acts of creation.

Yes, Satan existed before the creation of man, but the theories differ on the reason for the fall. Some believe it was because Satan decided he wanted to be a god, others believe it was out of anger because God told the angels to bow down to humans so to speak and Satan and his followers rebelled.

Satan is not Lucifer. Satan was one of the angels who Lucifer put in charge of Earth and was his first assistant.. Lucifer was a Archangel. Satan was just an angel. Lucifer lead a rebellion against God because he did not want to serve Mankind. He thought he could be equal to God because God gave him so much ability and knowledge. His became arrogant. One thing Only God can do was create out of nothing. Lucifer could not do that and found out that he was not as powerful as he thought. Much of his power was removed and Archangel Michael was in charge of removing Lucifer from the upper heavenly realm. Lucifer was able to persuade 1/3 of the angels to follow him into the physical third dimension. There were many planets that had life on them. 90% of them were destroyed in the Luciferian rebellion. Earth was just one place that evil became a battle ground and still is today on a lower spiritual plane. Understand that Earth was not the only creation and much was created before this universe. There are other universes and other dimensions.
" Of Lucifer it was said, Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty;you corrupted your wisdom because of your brightness." The devil is none other than Caligastia chief of the rebels on Earth known as The planetary prince.. Lucifer, Satan and Caligastia were all leagued together. Abaddon was the chief of staff of Caligastia along with Beelzebub who was an allie in the rebellion. Lucifer for a time persuaded himself that he was doing the right thing. Vanity and delusions of grandeur.!

Satan was a good angel that was in charge of the garden.
(Genesis 1:31)
He misused his privileges wanting the human pair to worship him instead of their Creator. He became bad, and was not created bad. Just like a child who is good may grow up to be a thief, murderer, etc.
The Bible says Satan didn't stand fast in the truth and that he was haughty. John 8:44
Even though Ezekiel 28:13-15,17speaks of the King of Tyre you'll be able to see that it has reference to Satan. It says garden of Eden, anointed cherub, etc.
God made angels and humans with the gift free will. Satan and Adam and Eve did not appreciate there father and abused that gift.

The angels themselves were an act of creation. However, you are correct in saying that the creation of supernatural beings, and the subsequent fall from grace of many of those beings, occurred before the creation of the physical universe.

In the beginning, lucifer is an "accuser" or an "adversary" who wanders the earth looking for vagrants that try to "fake" their faith in god. He was the royal prosecutor of the divine court system and often made deals with god to test certain suspects or even to test god's own principles. In the post-NT era, lucifer is transformed to be the same being as satan and acquires a very different personality. Lucifer is now attributed as the snake that tempted Eve and the beast that will burn in the lake of fire after the apocalypse. Angels falling from heaven is actually an older Canaanite belief that attempted to explain falling stars and the observation of Venus being the brightest object just before the dawning sun and re-appearing at dusk. But because of Venus's unusual orbit, it never rises high in the sky. This became enshrined in legend as a sub-god attempting to rise over the main god but was overthrown and cast down to the earth. Lucifer's original name means Light Bearer and represents Venus shining in full strength before the Sun rises. Peter calls him the Morning Star.

Bible tells us that Satan was a high angel of God, but was jealous of God and wanted His place. God sent Satan out of Heaven and to the earth.

Yes he did, He was the Arch Angle, the Highest in Heaven, Closest to the thrown. but keep in mind, at the end of the 6th day, God said, "all is good" All means all, somewhere between then and the fall, Lucifer (the proper name) rebelled and was cast with a third of the angels down.

and the funny thing is the original texts of the bible said that lucifer was God's angel and the judge of who goes to heaven and who goes to hell. so...does this mean that satan and lucifer are two different people, or that there was no adam and eve? because the bible obviously wasnt written before man existed. or maybe satan is still god's right hand man and the churches invented satan so that it would make people fear god and therefor go tochurch where the churches gained political power.
