Blue Lagoon - Bahamas! We took a glass bottom boat tour there from Nassau. You could literally see the bottom of the ocean floor & tropical fish!

St Thomas is great. Tons to do. Cozumel is my favorite of all time. Lovely place. For scuba, the Keys or Belize are some of the best though I've heard St. Kitts and Nevis have some of the best scuba and a lot of sunken ships.
I loved Aruba and can't wait to go back. They have lots of night life and a very social atmosphere.
Turks and Caicos are suppose to be the new "hot spots" for people go to. I'm not partial to Grand Cayman or Jamaica. Grand Cayman looked too much like Florida with Burger Kings and Pizza Huts cluttering the place (though the StingRays were wonderful) and Jamaica is just too dangerous.
My friends favorite island is Antilles though I've never been there.
You won't be disappointed with any of the Caribbean islands. They all have gorgeous water. What defines an island as "really cool" though? Lots of history, lots of night life, or untouched beauty for hiking and diving. All the islands have something unique to offer.

Well that depends on how much money you have. You could go to the Bahamas, they are wonderful. There is the British and American Virgin Islands. Jamaica is pretty, so is Dominican Republic and St Lucia. All of these are in the Caribbean. However, if you really want beautiful water and you can afford the trip... . go to Bora Bora. Awww so amazing.
