We have tried many products but when our wonderful dog had a bladder stone she tinkled in many spots. Now we have stains in spots we never realised she got to. Her room also smells "funny" I need to figure out how to fix that . I can not replace the carpet. Thank You

You can rent a steam cleaner from WalMart that is in the front. It actually works VERY well and gets rid of the pee smell too.

This is what I always do, because I hate using harsh chemicals around my pets: Pretreat the set-in stain with full-strength white vinegar. Then try using a steam cleaner, if you don't have one you can rent one at the grocery, and instead of using the soap it comes with, use the same amount of vinegar. Go over the carpet as many times as it takes to get out the stain, and then go over it one more time. Let it dry, then put baking soda over the carpet (make SURE it's dry), and vacuum. That should take care of the odor! If any stains remain, use a bit of hydrogen peroxide on it, but make sure before you do so that it won't bleach your carpets. Some carpets will do fine, others won't. Best of luck!

is a great product for removing odors... I use it for pet odors and cig. smoke. As far as the stain goes, I would suggest just old fashion elbow grease and soap.

try "Simple Solution Oxy Solution Pet Stain and Odor Destroyer" it really worked for me and my puppy, or get your carpet cleaned by a cleaner.
