Just have a family/friends party maybe at a playground with a pavillion or party room. At that age 3 children will tucker out in a few hours. We just had a CARS" themed party at our house for about 75 people. It was a lot of fun and the weather was nice where most people were outside in the backyard... Just keep it simple.. I ordered our cake from Bj's wholesale a whole sheetcake CARS themed was only $30 and we got our side dishes from there too.. Macaroni salad/cole slaw 3 lbs. for $2.50 I also made some appitizers and had hamburger/hot dogs and honeybaked ham... There was plenty to eat/drink.. The party went very well and the kids got tons of toys ! good luck

Go to Disney Land for two days and stay at a hotel. Over the night at the hotel have two cakes, one with Spongebob decorations and the other with a Spiderman theme! maybe even have the people at the hotel sing him the happy birthday song. Invite a friend of his to help eat the cake ; )

If you have the room at your house have the party there maybe in the den.Decorate everything with his favorite characters and hire a clown to come in dressed as spongebob or spiderman. He can do magic tricks and games.Get a cake and ice cream with the same charactor and ballons.Accessories all should match including the invitations. That way its nice and organized.Let everyone know of the theme beforehand and maybe they will buy gifts to coordinate to.

If he likes Spongebob and Spiderman...then go for it! I recommend purchasing party supplies through oriental trader. They have very good prices on supplies and delivery quickly.

So sorry to say but Chuck E Cheese is not the #1 anymore.. I think Incredible Pizza beat them... Check out the website and maybe if there's one in your location try having the party there... Good luck http://www.incrediblepizza.com/partiesevents.php

Get a cake with one of them on it. He won't remember the party by the time he's 4 anyway.
