I read in another post that natural oil is supposed to really help blemishes. They say to rub oil on face and massage it. How long do you message for, and how long do you wait b4 washing your face again? and this won't clog your pores and make even more pimples?

Ask your dermatologist if the "Blue Peel" [chemical peel] would be right for you!

I know for my pimples I use shea butter after they have gone away. It really helps with the blemishes. I put it on and massage it in for maybe 15 minutes, then I use a face scrub to was it off. It works really well for me; in like 3 to 4 weeks the bemishes are gone and it does not make new pimples, but be sure it is 100 % shea butter which is difficult to find and a little more costly...

dermatologist always rec. not using oils. but my friends have mentioned vaseline worked for their pimples.
