I just got my nosed peirced last night and some one came up to me and pinched my nose and i think that maybe they made the whole bigger cause my nose ring keeps falling through and i hae to push it from the inside back out.
Or is this normal?

That is normal. Just leave it alone and let it heal around it.

Someone just pinching your nose wouldn't be enough to make the hole bigger.. My guess is that the piercer used a larger needle to do the piercing then the size of the nose ring you are wearing. Since you just got this done, there is a good chance that as the piercing heals, it will get smaller and adjust itself to the ring size you are wearing provided you can keep the ring from falling through.. You might try using spins, or rings with L shaped studs or a larger stone that can't slip through, in the meantime. ..
