Before you can even pick out dresses, you need to decide what your wedding colors are going to be, then you can pick one for the bridesmaid dress colors. Go with a longer style dress because it is still cold in March. Make a bunch of different appointments at different local shops and have a ball trying on dresses. If theres anywhere you should NEVER buy a dress, its the internet because you can never trust what you see in the pictures. March is a good month to get married because you have a wide option of colors too chose from if you want to be seasonal. Because March is a winter and a spring month, I would go with a dark color and a light color that go well together. Stay away from reds and browns. Pinks, silvers, blues, and greens would probably be the best idea.

I would suggest taking your maid of honor or bridesmaids out to local dress shops and try on different styles and colors of both bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. That should help you decide. If the shops you go to are more expensive than your budget, if you have an idea of style, color etc you can then search for deals online.
Color and style is all up to you and your girls! Go have fun!

An all white and champagne is beautiful for the wedding chapel with just a few maroon flowers in the brides bouquet to bring the focus even more on the bride. All the men's and bridesmaids flowers should be all champagne. The guys would wear white/off- white tux with champagne cumber bun and tie and the groom might do a maroon tie, etc.You could use maroon in the flowers, table clothes, etc in the reception. You could use a few small maroon flowers on the pews or chair rows end decorations in the wedding area. I would be careful of the pics backgrounds with either color so the whites don't look washed out and the maroon clothing won't be invisible against a dark wall. My daughter's pics had only white teeth showing with 2 of the groomsmen who were black and had on black suits on a dark brown wooden wall. Funny, yes but not a good pic!

David's Bridal is a great place to start, but it may not be the best place for your style or shape. Before you go look online for dress ideas to take with you when you try on dresses. That gives the shop employees an idea of what your style is. Knot.com, Brides.com and Projectwedding.com are great places to start.
As far as colors, never chose your colors before you booked a location. Your location determines so much, like colors, decor and overall theme.
Good luck!

David's Bridal has great inexpensive dresses that are gorgeous. Color is a personal choice. March is still winter so maybe a rich red, deep blue or chocolate would be nice.

David's bridal is really good. But for your bridesmaid dresses you could go for a light green since in March is St. Patrick's Day? Or just stick with light colors like tinker bell green, lavender, yellow etc. Here are some ideas for bridesmaid dresses:
