Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 instaling?

I bought the registration code for Adobe Premiere Elements but how do I get the program now that I have the registration code?

Surely you jest.
Elements comes in a box and the code is with the CD.
I am afraid you might have been dupped. You don't buy a code and expect to then download the software.
Adobe only offers there software in to forms.
Trial versions from there site that require nothing, they only last for a short period.
2nd Outright purchase and the software comes with the Key Code in the Box.
You purchasing a Key Code does you absolutly NO good without the Software
