When we go out to eat for chinese, my bf orders soy milk all the time but my son hates it. do you guys know any good flavor for soy milk that are out there? Is soy milk better than whole milk if you're constipated?

I have a 14month old who only knows soy milk. We buy Silk, it tastes good. They have a kid fortified version in very vanilla. It's tasty!

in any stop and shop or health store there is an aisle dedicated to milk alternatives. I prefer almond milk or Rice dream. Chocolate soy milk might be more up his alley. However if the issue is constipation you might ask your pediatrician about adding a bit of coconut milk to his drinks. Its a natural laxative that is very gentle and could help him if it is used in the right way.

My son hated soy milk too, he preferred rice milk. The vanilla soy is better than the plain and I recommend Soy Dream, and for rice milk, I recommend Rice Dream. They also have chocolate.

We use Trader Joes brand which is very similar to Pacific Soy. It does come in flavored versions if that helps to get him to drink. I do think that it is an acquired taste. Both my husband and granddaughter now prefer it over regular milk

Watch the soy milks - as some of them out there are full of sugar. White wave is one of the cleaner ones (not as much sugar, or stuff) and their vanilla is pretty good.
Not sure if either one is better or worse if you are constipated, sorry..

Silk is great. It comes in different flavors and it tastes like "real" milk as well.

Silk has many diffrent kninds of soy milk. like plain, chocolate, with omega-3, vanilla and a lot more. very tasty too.

take it from a very pickey eater, 8th continent choclate soy milk is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think all other soy milks i have had taste like cardboard (even the choclate versions)
8th continent is a nice choclate drink that doesnt taste exzacty like milk but has its own nice choclaty taste
