im so insecure bout the chubs on ma belly how do i get to go away and on my upper thighs?

walk push ups crunches sit ups

cut out caffeine this means coffee tea and soda drink the decaf
eat fresh fruits and veggies

drink water

Crunches really do work wonders. It's helping me a lot. Also, anything cardio is good and works for most problem areas - then all you have to do is tone. Try anything you like doing that might involve exercise - I'm sure it's not news to you, but it definately helps. It boost your metabolism and immune system. Running, walking uphill, jogging, or biking for 1 hr. a day.
Drink 8oz. of water daily and a diet of high protein, low carb - about 1,200 cals. Good sources of protein include lean meats,fish,vegetables,eggs, cheese, and peanuts. Fish oil also helps. You can purchase it cheap at a drugstore or GNC.
