just wondering becuz i no i dont drink enough water and im trying to drink more so i was wondering wht the benefits r?

if you drink enough water and less other things then you will lose weight.

Youll be not ingesting as many carbs,protien,calories, so if you drink soda, then yea youlll start to lose weight!
Plus our bodies are made up of like 80% water, so water is better.

Only if you use it as your primary drink. Drinking sugary fruit juice and soda in combination with water won't help much.
