Eat high protein foods eg, fish, meat, egg and try and do situps and workout so you bulk up a little, you don;t have to be a body builder just a few situps a day.
Don't eat foods in saturated fat eat foods with "good" unsaturated fat, once again nuts are good for this, so is oil andrice and pasta.

Buy some Weight Gain stuff , its made for putting on weight and turning it into muscle But if you dont work out, it just turns to fat.
Theyre tubs off milkshake powder which contain around 600-700 calories. Drink a few a day and youll start to gain weight
If you drink them before you sleep , thats when youll put more weight on because you wont burn the calories off , like if you drink during the day
Dont eat lots of junk food , because its the wrong kind of fat to put on and wont help your body at all. Weight gain powders are full of vitamins and protein and will do your body good unlike chocolate

WANNA GAIN WEIGHT? Go on The Atkins low carb diet for 3 months. You can pick up a copy of his book in any trash bin. You'll lose weight for a few weeks but keep going. After 3 months start eating normally again..you'll balloon up like a frightened puffer fish I promise. You'll never have to worry about being thin or healthy again. Good luck

If you are a scrawny guy with no muscles and you eat a lot, you will turn into a slightly flabby guy with no muscles, which is not attractive. I would suggest weight training. You will gain weight where you want it, in the arms and chest. With your lack of fat, the muscles will have great definition, even if you don't have a real lot of muscle. You will look great.

Have you tried the 'build-up' shakes that are designed to put on weight quickly? You can get them from gyms/holland&barratt/internet - body builders use them. They're meant to be good. They are usually around 2,000 calories a shake, so if you have one of those and your normal meals you should bulk up a little pretty quickly.

You need to eat food high in fat such as ice cream and other thick heavy foods high in fat. Some people have high matablisims that makes there body break down food faster.

why do you want to get fat? that's NOT right. that should not be your goal. if you're underweight and want to get to the weight you should be at, a HEALTHY weight, and not being overweight, you can do that. start eating seconds on food, i would say. eat a little more junk food here and there. don't stuff your face with it, though. eat healthy food, take seconds on it regularly, you can eat some junk food if you want, not too much to make you overweight.
