I hear some lady at my work talking about it and it sounded neat. I was wondering how the shows and the food was.

It's a fun place , but the food is about par with Taco Bell

Casa Bonita has been around for at least 30 years in Denver. I graduated from Golden High School in '88 and had a lot of friends who worked there after school. It's a good place if you have kids. There is the diving show and caves and things for the kids to explore.
The food is strictly your mass produced "American" mexican food. Very straightforward tacos and such. It is not a real ethnic type place.
It's meant to be tame and fun for people of all ages.
At the end of the meal, they used to have a little flag on the table that you raised to order hot sopapillas for dessert! We used to love that.

I've been there a couple of times - kind of a touristy place to which locals often take out-of-towners.
They had cliff divers and other entertainment going on. Which was kind of amusing.
The food was below average.
Keep in mind, this is from visits a few years ago - they may have changed things - hopefully the food has improved.

I just went there for my son's 7th Birthday. The food is edible, not tasty, just edible. Everything else there is totally fun and exciting. They have a waterfall where cliff divers dive into a pool, a mariachi band that walks around, a scary cave that you can walk through, puppet shows, pinatas, Hours of Fun.

I've been there a couple times. It has a unique atmosphere and the shows were good too. It's a fun family thing to do. It's been years ago and my son was just asking me what the name of it was the other day.
I couldn't think of it....so, thank you!

Awesome place! The atmosphere is great. The shows are fun to watch. Food is just ok, but the atomosphere makes up for the food.

I have been there, granted it was many years ago, but it was WONDERFUL! The show is great and the food was pretty good. Well, it's really hard to concentrate on your food when there are men in very good shape and very small swimsuits strutting around...hee hee.
Go, you will love it!

Well the things to do there are quite fun...but the food on the other hand is NASTY
