Some aspects of the diet are healthy but other not so.
Too much dairy like ice cream and yogurt and cream even if they are frozen or fat free is bad for the body and raises cholesterol. And instead of baked beans try soya beans or kidney beans as baked beans are loaded with sugar, salt and saturated fats. Instead of cream of wheat try bran or oats. and fruit for breakfast will fill you up and also speed your metabolsim allowing you to burn more fat and also gives healthier skin and hair!

The desert, rice cakes, burrito and cream is not good for you. Get rid of those and thats a very healthy diet.
Burritos are too greasy and they make break out with pimples and give you too much cholestreol. If you squeeze out most of the grease out that may be fine. Cakes have not just fat but cholestreol and yogurts fine. Just not too much of it. Cream is basically just cholestreol anways so you know that already its bad for you. Cholestreol is bad because no matter how muscular you are, big or strong you may seem. If you heart is clogged up by cholestreol, it will affect your breathing and respiratory system. This will make you gasp for air more and be tired faster. Less oxygen means less energy during excercise for your muscles. Oxygen is combined with nurtients to make energy. So it's important to have a healthy heart. You can have a big chiseled brolic 265 pound man. But if he can't breath well his muscles will fail him. And even a 130 pound or over weight fat person may out compete him in atheleticism. I went upstate and there was this girl that looked fit. And too see how healthy and for fun I had her compete with this shorter and very short fat girl> they had to run about 3- 4 block distance and the fat girl won because the healthy looking girl couldn't breath. She was actually winning and she couldn't catch her breath and the fat girl won because her heart and respiratory system was faster, And then I started teasing her. But that's why a healthy heart, respiratory system is vital. The healthy looking girl was like 5'3 and 120 or 115 pounds and the shorter girl was like 5 feet and 145 pounds or 150 maybe.

Also try eating wheaties. Those have alot of vitamins and stuff also. Drink milk get fat deduced milk. Eat lots of chicken and some fish. Not too much fish because fish contains mercuary but fish is very good because its an excellent soource of vitamin D, A and has good protein also. You can have other meats like beef steak and stuff but just make sure you remove the fat and if its greasy, dry out the excessive grease with a napkin or something. Too much grease will mess up your heart.

For the most part , it's okay. Oatmeal is better than cream of wheat. The burritos could be extremely healthy or extremely unhealthy, look at the ingredients in them. The snack food is good but rice cakes are pointless to eat healthwise. They don't fill you up at all and just add calories.

I wouldn't count on it. If you just came up with it yourself, no offense, but sometimes we think that certain things are healthy when they're not. The best thing to do is consult with a nutriotionist or an expert in the matter. Just cause the label reads "fat-free", "diet", or "reduced calories" doesn't necessarily mean it.

Its sounds good but don't eat it everyday. I think you may need some more protein in your diet. Depends also on your height and weight.
