For my kids I always pack a sandwich, chips, fruit/fruit cup/ or yogurt, cookie, and a juice box or water. My youngest went through a spell where he didn't want a sandwich so I packed cereal and milk, along with fruit and some sort of cookie. Try to make it well rounded. But also remember, kids being kids, they will trade things from time to time.

At that age, I gave her half a sandwhich, yoghurt or goghurt, some fruit ( grapes work well, just put a portion in a ziplock bag),or raw mini carrots ( you can put the dip in a small container) and a small bag of chips. Sometimes I would put cheese cubes in there. Oh, and a drink pack or just let her buy the milk from school.
Make sure they're foods she likes and vary it. I put at least 4 different items, so she had a choice.

my nephew went to pm kindergarten last year so we packed him half a sandwich and some crackers. In his school they were not allowed to take anything that would require a spoon.
They also were not aloud to take drinks. they had to go to the drinking fountain at snack time.

PB&J, carrot sticks or celery sticks w/peanut butter. Juice, yogurt, lunch able snacks, granola bar... Any of these would be good, not all together of course.. Try at least one fruit and one vegetable a day plus fiber or grain.

Some fruit, yoghurt, sandwiche, cheese sticks, sultanes.............just make sure you dont give her any unhealthy foods because the sooner you give her healthy food the better and not only that if you give her unhealthy food she will gain weight and that isn't good for her age.
