My friends told me this, and I wasn't sure.

Your core temperature is much hotter when you run. The reason we sweat is the body trying to cool off. The blood does not circulate in the stomach because it is being used by other muscles, which is why it is not good to eat before running. You do not burn the calories in your stomach when you are running so your friend's theory doesn't make sense.

No, sometimes your stomach may feel cooler because air is going past it, but you are actually hotter when you are running. If it is a hot day and took your temperature it would be high.

actually it gets hotter. that's why you're not suppose to drink milk after.
