cuz idk if there is a diet thing that is good for my age

ok, so we know you are too young to be here, but you are being mature and maybe not doing something bad for your body right off the bat. As a mom, I would want you to come to me, but remembering myself as a child I know that is one of the last things you do want to do. Remember though, parents are there to help you through your childhood, give us a chance to help sometimes.

You do NOT need to take any diet pills at your age. You are young enough if you want to "get into shape" that your body will help you better then someone my age. You mainly just need to eat the right foods and exercise some.

I have an 11 yr old son that is trying to lose a little weight too. But what he does is eat the right foods, gets some exercise, and drinks plenty of water. Most doctors want you to grow into your weight instead of losing weight. My son has had great success doing this. He plays sports that are offered here in our city as his exercise. Maybe you could do that too.

You are way too young for any diet! But if you want to lose weight, you should go talk to your Mom or doctor when you get a chance to see what weight is right for you. But the best way for you to lose weight is to exercise. I know it's not much fun but, you will get the most results that way. Also if you eat a ton then try to eat less. I would try getting on an exercise routine. I'm 13 and I ride my bike every other day to keep in shape and to chrunches at night. The way I do crunches thats easier is to watch TV and do them during commercials.

Make sure yo talk to an adult about your weight first!

There are diets and then there are diets. What you need to do is change the way you think. When you achieve that and change your diet, you not only change who you are to a better looking and more healthy person, but you achieve a good habit that you use for the rest of your life that will make you the envy of your friends well past middle age. Like now, you are asking what will be a good diet for you. It doesn't matter who you are or what age you are if you start now you will look young and beautiful until what others experience as old age. Start by stop eating as much red meat and pork as possible. Eat more fresh vegetables either raw in salads or stir-fried with tofu in extra virgin olive oil or steamed to bring out all of their natural flavors and taste. Stop eating junk foods, even if your friends continue to eat them. The stuff that comes with extra salts retain water and oils that cause bloating and zits. Stop eating junk foods that contain extra sugars as these screw up your liver and other internal organs. Stop. Stop drinking sodas. Soda is the number one cause of osteoporosis in women and quite a few men. I realize this is a lot to do, but if you want, really want to look like a million dollars 50 years from now you will start doing this now. You can only get better. Start drinking more organic fruit juices and eating more organic fruits for snacks. Start drinking at least 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day and walk. I cannot stress this enough. Walk two miles every day after work or school and by the time, if you have kept this up, you are in your 60's all of your friends will be begging you to tell them your secrets of anti-aging. Just tell them what I have just told you. It is never too late to start. It is only too late if you never begin. Hope you do this, then in 50 years if I ever meet you, you will be able to prove me true. Good Luck and have a great life.

unless you are like 180 lbs there is no diet for you other than eating right and exercise your too young to want to lose weight unless your way over weight

your body is still growing and developing and it needs weight to do that properly

all you need to do is exercise every day and eat right.

for your age you should eat about 2000 calories a day,
and exercise for at least 30 minutes.

all of this sucks, but if u really do want to lose weight, its the right way to go.
