this guy that we are interested in eachother and he was hitting on me one time if hes still into me at the next party

Just tell your brother you want to be invited.

If it is your brothers party, he does the invitations the way he wants. If he asks you if you want to invite anyone or tells you you can bring a guest, then thats ok. Otherwise, no
