Just click on my computer, then chooose the Help/About Windows tab. That will tell you which operating system you've got.

Do you mean us to know that you don't know which version of Windows you are running? Don't mind but that's the dumbest question I have ever seen. All the three LOOK different! Anyway, just right click on My Computer and select Properties. You can know which version of Windows you have got.
