Yes, you use your credit card to set up your on board account and then charge everything on board the ship via your room card. In fact, except for small tips (like room service) and the casino, the ship is cashless.

On Carnival they give you an account that you can access with a Carnival Card they give you. You can either put money into the account and treat it like a debit card (you can put money in at any time at the bursar desk and any money you don't spend will be refunded to you at the end of the cruise) or you can link a credit card to that Carnival Card and all those charges will go on your credit card. No place on the ship takes cash or a regular credit card except the bursar. You need to use your Carnival Card for all purchases on the ship. Have fun! You picked a great line.

Carnival has a special card that you get when you get on board the ship (I think it's called a FunPass). They link this card with a credit or debit card (your choice; it does not have to be the same one you booked the trip with), and they basically run a tab for you, to charge to this card.

Your card can be used in the gift shops, duty free shops, bars, for activities while in port (if booked through Carnival). You can even use it for gambling, if the ship you're on has a casino. And yes, the spa is definitely a good use for your card!

Just keep in mind, you have to keep so much available on your card (I think it's a minimum of $250). They'll give you all the information on the ship, and you can look for more info at carnival.com.

While on board, you can ask the pursers desk anytime for a copy of your bill, to see how much you've spent, and help with budgeting.

You can when you get on board put a credit card number that is yours but different from the one that was used to pay for the cruise.(if thats what you were asking)
Incidentals like drinks, spa services, gifts, excursions ect will be put on your ships card (which is also your room key) and then you pay at the end of the cruise. It is also your option to pay in cash if you so choose. If you want to change your billing options go to the pursars office. All they seem to want is a Viable(usable) credit card or Debit card. In otherwords they want payment for goods/services you used. have a great time.

once you e book the cruise you could pay someplace between 10% to twenty% of the fee as a deposit. it incredibly is totally refundable until the superb fee is due. The stability is frequently due ninety days before departure. After that day a proportion of the full cost is misplaced which will strengthen as you get closer to the departure. in case you omit the cruise you lose one hundred%. in case you employ a return and forth agent be constructive to verify on his rules. Even by they don't fee for service there could be a cancellation fee in case you cancel the cruse. quotes made on the cruise are saved on account and billed on your mastercard on the final day of the cruise. ? ?

You give them the credit card that you wish to use when you board the ship. It will all be billed (on board expenses) to that card.

Not directly. You give them your cc# when you board. On the ship you use your ID card for everything, then your card gets charges at the end.

Whatever CC you want to use on the boat is what will be placed on your sail and sign card. This will be your room key, your lifeline. Make sure you choose wizely. But no it does not have to be the CC you used to pay with. You will choose this once there...
