I need help with a military in memory bracelet.?

I am making an in memory bracelet, because my brother-in-law passed away. He belonged to :1st Armored Division's C Company, 2nd Battalion, 37th Armor Regiment. And i was wondering if someone could show me the correct way to condense it down, i.e. C Co., 2/37th 1AD, would that be the way to put it on there? Any help would be greatly appreciated

C/2/37AR/1AD should do it. That is what I would do!!

C/2-37AR 1AD

Or even just C/2-37AR by itself will work.
