You DON'T need to lose 7lbs in 2 weeks.

You've had 19 yrs to do it, why start now?

Also, at 5'2" 115lbs, how do you think you will look any better at 5'2" 108lbs? You'll be tiny either way.

If you want to work on your mid-section and love handles, then do crunches or sit-ups. Can't do a whole lot else. Fat doesn't choose just one part of your body to go to, and you can't just choose one part of your body to eliminate it from. Keep eating healty, do some crunches, and even run a little or some other cardiovascular exercise. That's your best bet. No guarantees you'll see results in 2 weeks, but you'll be doing the right thing for your body and eventually you'll see the results.

Your best bet is to do some cardiovascular exercise, like running 2-4 miles per day, and cut down your caloric intake. It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose 1 pound of fat. So the the running will aid in burning calories, while doing situps (or lifting weights) will help in burning calories after the fact (while you sleep. Eat healthy veggies and low sugar foods, because those won't get stored as fat as easily. Now don't starve yourself, but definitely pay attention to how many calories you are eating for the day, and I would try to keep it at 1500 to 2000, while doing your exercises. This is the healthiest way to do it, but watch out, calories add up VERY fast!

run or bike....
stay away from foods high in sodium

eat breakfast within 3 hrs of waking
drink lots of water and stay hydrated

don't crash diet

eat only what you need, avoid big meals

get good sleep

but I bet you already have a banging body ...don't get too thin it's unattractive

b/c remember the basis of attraction is to show that your healthy, if your to thin and not healthy it's a turn off

your sexy little thing but there is nothing wrong with toning and tightening

avoid dairy and do cardio ... you can't lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks and keep it off ... avoid salt, and drink plenty of water ... avoiding dairy and salt you can probably lose some water weight off your waist to look like you have lost more than you have for the performance

Too much weight too quickly and you will yo-yo and get sick. It sounds like you are borderline in weight on the low side as it is.

Vast...only eat when you HAVE to. Drink a lot of water..it will help you flush your system . Stay away from cheese(weird) cause it will back you up and prevent you from "going". Do cardio, running, etc.
