My hives r finally gettin a bit better but the thing is...I cant exercise becuz the hives get worse with ANY sweat.

How can I lose the weight (for about a week until Im better) without exercising??

Thanks. (And I can't take a break from dieting any longer!)

Hi JustMyInput, my sympathy is with you, I know how much hives can hurt.

Regarding the hives, a few questions for you to think about. When did the hives begin, was it after you started dieting? Could it be a specific food that you've introduced with the diet that is causing the hives?

I think the question is not how you can exercise to lose weight right away, but how can you get rid of the hives as fast as possible so that you can move on and successfully continue with your diet and exercise.

Have you tried taking digestive enzymes prior to each meal? This could help you alot as the enzymes help the digestive tract work more efficiently, reducing the bodies intollerances to foods.

Stress can be the cause of hives, have you been under undo stress (out side of the stress that every body feels during a diet)

Hives is usually an allergic reaction. Try taking some allergy medication.

You could try taking a antihistimine in the morning before exercising. Talk to your doctor.

can you take diet pills? if not eat healthy and no bread or junk food, no fatting stuff use diet foods health food store

you know just eating correctly helps you lose weight.and how about doing yoga it is excersise but you dont sweat
