Nope, boarder line vigilatism. Which in our society is a no, no. Besides we can't expect people to be able to know were to draw the line with something like that, espacially considering all the mised place passion in our society, combined with the misdirected compassion would cause all sorts of things to happen. I could see someone making it their goal everyday to hate-email the same person over and over again. Which would enturn just make that person more "numb" to the hate mail they recieve. Really it is the job of society to govern itself, but the way we've made this up theres to much to hide behind, espacially on the internet.
