my mom! I went to my dad until I turned 6 and my parents divorced. I lived with my mom and had 2 brothers that stayed with dad. So she became my best friend until adolescence (that is when I knew more than her) then when I was 19 right before I married we got really close again and now.........she is my confidant, and friend. I don't go to dad for anything we are really not that close, we have kinda an awkward relationship we are buddies though

Definitely my mom. That my dad is an insensitive, abusive, racist alcoholic makes it an easy answer for me, though.

I'm not sure who my dad, so, when my mom was alive she was the one I went to.
