Black dosent show up very well on my samsung plasma , is there any adjustment i can make to make it better?

Adjust "brightness" to the level where black is better but you don't "crash" the details.

Yeah - you want to tweak the 'Soul' knob.

Turn it all the way up baby - black is beautiful!
