Breakfast: Two pieces of toast; one with margarine (brummel & brown), one with low sugar jam. A bottle of Dasani.
Exercise: 1/4 mile jog, 2 mile walk, 6 mile bike.
Lunch: Fruit smoothie (blueberries, rasperries, huckleberries, service berries, milk, banana, ice) and 1/2 pb and j on wheat bread. 2 cups of water, and 2 slices rolled up turkey.
Snack: 30 parmesan goldfish, 2 cups of water, apple.
Exercise: 3 mile bike.
Dinner: 3 minature pizza slices, = 1/2 small kids size personal pizza just cheese and pepperoni. Glass of Sprite, 1/3 giant soft pretzel, pineapple.
Dessert: 3 scoops, half fat, chocolate icecream.
