We all know that micro evolution can happen. But it happens within a KIND. You can create adaptations in a kind, but can't form a new kind! This is what the science tell us.

Oh, I should probably tell you now that I am not talking about biological evolution, but cultural.

So we see that a European can move to the US, but they still eat European food! Have you ever witnessed a European eating a hamburger?

If you were to somehow show me that one kind can evolve into a different kind (culturally), then I would also have to admit that I understood how it could happen biologically. But since I refuse to understand how biological evolution can work on a macro scale, I also can't understand how it can work on a cultural scale. This is because both biological and cultural evolution on a macro scale has no mechanism difference from micro, just a time difference. But I obviously refuse to acknowledge that.

What say you?

"one kind can evolve into a different kind (culturally), "

Done.
Top British dish is now no longer fish and chips, or roast beef and yorkshire pudding, but... Curry.
Chicken tikka Masala, or korma, or vindaloo...

But then we've already evolved cultural acceptance of umbrellas and bungalows (Indian), trousers (Persian) and garages (French.)
Cultural and linguistic evolution isn't an issue!
Languages live, mutate, spread or die in a very evolutionary manner.

Are you the same guy, that said a while ago... that evolution is impossible, because mating one breed of dog with another, does not create a different animal? You kinda sound like him.

There is no such thing as "social evolution". Social groups and traditions are not subject to natural selection, among other things.

Define "Kind". Most Creationists don't want to do that.

Your analogy is placed falsely and you are too short-sighted to even begin to comprehend any reasonable answer that I might give you, so you'll have to be satisfied with this one...
It's not "blindly" accept, but rather accept with "sufficient evidence".
