If it has been refrigerated the whole time, yes, it should be fine. Especially if your marinade contained a good amount of acid (vinegar, tomato or citris juice, beer, wine...)

Make sure it still smells good and looks good (no mold, etc) before you cook it.

I am a former chef and "Yes" it will be fine, tenderloin has very little fat, that is what puts meat off, if it is in a strong or acid marinate, you might want to remove it today and just wrap it is saran wrap until you either roast or grill it tomorrow, it is a very porous meat and can get over marinated.

No That is to long in the frig thawed out I suggest something else for Dinner,you don't want to have a sour stomach or salmonella poisoning for the weekend.

it won't make you ill, but the steak will be a bit "mushy" tenderloin does not take well to long periods of marination.

Remember, many beef cuts are "aged" 30 days in a cooler for tenderness. Yours will be fine.
