Well I hope you have a few years yet! That will depend on how fast she starts developing. Some girls start as early as 11 and some not until later. Once she starts to grow is when I would suggest putting her in a training bra.

Ten years old is usually about the right age for this unless she starts to develop early. By this age she is interested in bras and may want to start wearing them to feel more grown up. Make sure you are open with your daughter so she feels like she can talk to you about these kinds of things...who knows...you may not have to decide when the right time to start her in a training bra...she may tell you!
Good luck!

New idea, they say bra's contribute to breast cancaer - circulation issue. Camisolles and tank tops will be enough so clothes are not seen through, if she needs support later inlife and complains of pain then maybe a sports bra at that time for gym, etc. Let her tell you when she needs one. I got mine around 13 a training bra and wore it until i was 20, some people really don't need them. I've had 3 kids and am avarge size and don't wear one unless I have too.

Just keep an eye on her body for the next 4-5 years. One of my grand daughters began wearing a training bra at age 10 and you could tell very easily she really needed it.
6 year olds - WAY WAY TOO EARLY.

It depends on her development. Some need a training bra at 11 and others don't need one before 14.

There is no set correct age. Once you notice her starting to develop. You might talk to HER.. My 7 year old daughter said she'd be mortified and teased to start wearing a training bra before the rest of the girls.

I would say that she is far off from needing one until she is an early developer. The average age is 12 for a training bra. This would of course depend on your childs development of course, I was an early developer and needed one in 5th grade. If she is already developing at 6 then I would check her diet for excess dairy and soy intact. They are known to cause estrogen levels to rise to fast and cause early develpoment issues.

I had to start wearing bras in 4th or 5th grade. Around 10 years old is a good year, but depends on how noticeable 'that part' is. I have some bigs ones for my age, so that's probably why I started wearing them at age 9. =p
Hope I helped!!

I don't think yo need to worry about it now. it depends on how fast you grow and go through puberty everyone is different. I needed a bra by the time I was in third grade about 9. Think about when you started to wear a bra it might help you decide. Genetics play a big role in puberty. I hope this helped.

I started wearing a training bra in 5th grade, but it really depends when she starts to "show". I honestly couldn't see the point in wearing a training bra because it doesn't feel a thing like it haha.
