This is a very nice question, you deserve more than answers for it. I hope ya don't mind me saying that everyone feels like this sometimes. I would like to see if anyone is brave enough to actually post their beliefs on here though,LoL! he reason I say this is because to some this may look like someone looking to use information against them. If you really want to understand what you believe just look at your life and try and find someone in a similar role and then ask yourself what they must believe in order that they are the way they are. I understand it is not easy to see what you seem to be trying to see, another way is look at the people an traits that cause to upset you and then realize that you have the same traits withing you, I guarantee it, One thing that may help is understanding that you can change and be whatever way you want.

Dear Emiliano,

Of course I know who I am.

Glory to God Most High, full of Grace and Mercy

To Man He gave a special place in His Creation
He created All, including Man
He honored man to be His Agent
And to the end, endued him with understanding
Purified his affection, and gave him spiritual insight
So that man should understand Nature
Understand himself
And glorify Him in Truth, reverence, and unity.

"FOCI"
Means; to adjust.
e.g.To adjust Field glasses so as to get a clear picture

It's interesting, I find myself learning new things I am capable of (being more extroverted became easier than I thought) to which I wouldn't have imagined that " I " would do.

On the other hand I know myself well enough in other aspects ...for example, I know I could never abandon my kids or cheat on my husband.

I guess everyday is a learning experience both externally and internal.

Only God can know fully of ourselves.

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Jeremiah 17:10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

I know myself very well. It's one of the benefits of being self-centered. I don't know many other people that well, which I'd consider one of the downfalls.

Beliefs regarding what?

I recognize the causes for many of my actions and opinions on personal, and world issues. I try to always analyze others motives as well.
