You can play lotto. I don't know if you can do a casino since they serve alcohol there maybe try a BINGO hall, that could be a lot of fun!!

In California, there are a lot of casinos on Indian reservations where the minimum age to gamble is 18.
Some examples: Pechanga, Pala, and Morongo.

There's a casino in upstate New York... Turning Stone. That's 18. I know they have poker there if that's what you're looking for. There's also Canada. I know the casino in Montreal is 18. There's no poker, but they have everything else.

In my personaly experieice...legally...any casino.
I played Blackjack in a hotel in Fargo in my mid teens - won over $100.
Almost every legal outlet in Canada, on or off the Reserve...
Incidentally, this in in the "Beer Wine and Spirits" section why?

first answer was the best one. I go to morongo a lot. Indian casino's are cool. theres this one by san diego called veijas. really nice.
