Not everyone.

The majority of Jewish Israelis (whether observant or not) has mezuzot. Christians and Muslim Israelis don't have mezuzot.

Since about 20% of the Israeli population isn't Jewish, a sizeable minority, the answer is no. A large number of Jewish Israelis are probably irreligious enough that they don't have a mezuzah. Also some Synagogues in Safed don't have mezuzot (if a synagogue is used ONLY for praying and never for study then a mezuzah is not required).

I would say the majority do, but certainly not everyone.

Their are Durze, Christians, and Muslims in Israel they are unlikely to have a mezuzah, and I imagine that many secular Jews would not want to have one.

You can recognize a Jewish place when you see a mezuzah on their door.

If they're practicing Jews, they usually do, but being that Israel has a fairly significant non-Jewish population, I wouldn't say everyone does.

Edit to !אני JEWISH!: I did not say that the majority of the population wasn't Jewish. I said that Israel has a significant non-Jewish population (i.e. it's not just one or two non-Jews. More like a little less than 25% of the population being non-Jews, which is pretty significant). Significant and majority are two totally different things.

Well, most stores buildings and apartments do have mezuzot, even if the residents aren't religious. I'm guessing the rabbis make sure of it, but I'm not 100% sure that's true. There are some buildings here and there that aren't Jewish (not religious; Jewish) that don't have any mezuzot on their door posts (of course), but yea, most do.

EDIT: to TiK - it's not true that the majority of the population isn't Jewish. True, not everyone is RELIGIOUS, but mostly everyone is JEWISH by nature.

Most people do. Jews do, government-owned buildings do, and most buildings owned by Jews do. Xtians and Muslims and Druze don't have them on their homes or businesses, though.
