Mercedes use Sirius, as i recall. Call Sirius and find out if they can give you any help. Also, the car is under warranty, so you could take it to a MB and let them worry about it.

This may silly, but you do have a subscription to the radio service? If not, then it will not work until you do. I think that you only get one year free service when you buy the car new.

did you call the satelite radio provider and set up an account? you will need the radio ID # and they will set up an account XM radio is 800 967 2346 or online at www.xmradio.com. I'm not sure what siruis is but I'm sure you can go online and find it. If the car is that new I'd take it to the dealer and they will help with the set up and if there is a problem with the radio it should be under warranty. I've had my XM radio for a couple of years and LOVE it. I don't hardly ever listen to braodcast radio any more
