What would you eat or have eaten to lose weight and has it worked for you? I know you have to exercise, I do, so any suggestions or ideas?

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

First of all if you eat a lot of fattening food and drink a lot of pop,

start cutting back on the amount of pop u drink, and drink water instead. I was amazed how much weight I lost when I cut my pop out of my diet.

Eat less food, but eat often, this way you will less likely to snack on junk food.


Do not eat after 9pm.

I also like Tae Bo, and walk my dogs.

A low carb/right carb diet will prob give the best results. That is to say you limit carbs that are high on the G.I. scale, like baked white potato. Use brown rice, whole grain breads and cereals and limit snacks.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
