If you are sleeping on your hip that could cause the problem. It's best to sleep on your back as it keeps pressure off of all of the joints and helps keep your spine in alignment.

I recommend you see a chiropractor for an evaluation and help. They will be able to tell you what You should be doing and what the problem is. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

Consiering that this pain is fairly recent, I would say that it will pass. You may have moved in a certain way which caused your hip to dislocate. Certainly appropriate stretching could help the siutation. But if it worsens and the pain is unbearable I would recommend and x-ray of that section to examine the problem. Otherwise...stretch before exercising.

You might just need to see a chiropractor and have them adjust it. It's probably just out of place a little bit.

You should probably get to a doctor. It sounds like you could have an appendix problem.
