I've NEVER had this problem before. The last month I have not been able to sleep at night. I feel tired and get in bed, but lay there for hours and only end up getting about 4 hours per night. Then I'm SO tired the next day so that I can hardly function. I've missed work because of it. A few nights I've just been laying there and my heart starts racing, but I don't feel worried or anxious or anything like that. Don't say thyroid because that's not it :)...I've been on the same thyroid meds for sixth months and my levels were good last time I was at the dr. I'm also on Asmanex and I'm 21. Any suggestions?

I have done everything I've heard before like reading in a different place before and warm milk, but still have the same problem. I don't ever drink caffeine or soda...

don't drink coffee after 2 pm. try herbal teas before you go to sleep. Create a relaxing environment in your bedroom, and avoid media an hour before sleep. (TV, radio, etc.)
