My cousin came to my house with her daughter, Adrianna, and Adrianna is a perfect, in my point of view. I told her that she's at a perfect weight and that she looks brilliant.

I'm not sure if I said anything wrong. She's 5'2 and109 pounds. Now, her mother has now left complaining that I contradicted her (she believes her daughter is really underweight and is determined to put her on a special gaining-weight diet).

On the way out she insulted me by calling me a maypole! She said that you shouldn't give other people advice when you yourself are struggling through an anorexic phase!!!!

I am 5ft 9 and 123 pounds! I've always regarded myself as perfect! What do you think (including what you think about the daughter)?

According to your BMI you are a bit underweight, but really nothing to be worried about. Your cousin's daughter however is within normal weight. I don't know what caused her to react like that, maybe she's worried about anorexia with all the attention eating disorders are getting nowadays.

Oy! That was a really mean thing for your cousin to say! I'm about 5'3" and around 105lbs, and my BMI is perfectly normal. I don't know about you, but your stats don't appear that bad either. Tell your cousin to shape up and find out her daughter's BMI, one of the best ways to tell if someone's weight is normal or not, before putting her on that diet.

I think your cousins head is a bit overweight but the rest is perfectly normal. Give or take a couple of pounds you are all within a reasonable spec.

I'm 5'7 and 130 pounds and perfectly think i look great so just let her have her fit and maybe you can talk to Adrianna on her own and let her know she looks great no matter what she weighs. i think her mom is the one with the bigger problem.

i would think her daughter in the perfect shape too. Her height and weight is definitely in the normal range. whatever her mom think about it, just judging people with her own standard.
