Eli -
I am a music director/pastor's asst at my church. I also write my own music and have done several concerts of my own around the state. In order to help you out more, I've got some more questions: How much time do you have before the event? Is it an inside or outside venue? I assume the advertising for it has already been covered? What time frame (aka how long) do you want the concert to last? Finally, what are your/your church's goals in having this event and what age/group of people do you feel it will cater to? Hopefully I will be able to help you out more. Good luck and God Bless.

Advise the locals to get out of town for the day! If you don't warn them, they will not be happy.
