I'm about 79% more spiritual myself than this time last year, and 90% more sure of my beliefs being accurate. Do you feel about the same?

Unfortunately I would have to say no. I have lost touch with my faith as generally accepted in society.
My beliefs are unchanged and are as rock solid as ever, and my practice of those beliefs is steady, helping others, holding myself accountable, being honest, etc.
But going to church, taking time for prayer, reading my Bible spending quiet time with God, I'd have to say I have let slip.

maybe , I know that I"ve learned more and have found much excitement in the way things are unfolding in life. I'm more aware of spirit. When I was a child, spirit was only part of a prayer, now I feel different. Things still mess up big time, but then I recall that this is only part of the journey and I don't feel so bad.

How do you arrive at the figure 79%?

I hope that I have grown in my Christian beliefs, safeguarded against spiritual deception, and hopefully experiencing a deeper relationship with God.

I would say I am becoming more closer to God each day and I like you are more sure of my beliefs being accurate each day. I would be interested in hearing your explanation of your statements. It sounds interesting.

I have been a Catholic all my life, but only recently have I found my true calling in life:Helping others. I love to explain things, give advice, have a deep religious conversation, or sometimes just listen and be a crying shoulder.

I'm more into daily practice of the Dharma if that's what you mean, but that's only because what I've studied is so logical and starts to really work, by default, so perseverance is logical too.

No. I am not feeling the same. I am in a slump (a rut) and can't seem to get myself out of it. I am going through a period where I feel that God is "distant".
