sweet. that's great. but it would be greater if you could answer my questions:
(1)why a 4 diode circuits has higher frequency than 2 diode circuit.
(2)how does an optocoupler work.
(3)explanation on microwave diodes, particularly IMPATT AND TRAPATT.
i'd really appreciate it if you could help. (^-^)
