I need some exercises to get toned in my stomach butt, and thighs. I want to be in shape for the 1st day of high school in two weeks I have been doing 250-400 crunches a night for a week now and no results!!

You can do a million crunches and you won't see results if there is a layer of fat covering your abs. People seem to think crunches will burn fat -- not so.

In order to see abs, women need to have a body fat percentage of around 12. So if yours is higher than that, all the crunches in the world won't make them visible. instead of focusing on crunches, do aerobic exercise to burn fat.

Plus, crunches aren't even the best exercise. If you can do 400 of them, they're too easy. Try full sit-ups instead... I guarantee you they will work you harder.

The best way is at the gym.The gym has the machines for those parts.Is not the amount of crunches is the amount to make the crunches correct.Is a machine for thighs and for butts. I'm a member of Goldy's gym and is awesome. Try it.

Do leg lifts as well, these work the lower abs, the thighs and buttocks

the best thing go to the gym and try to get a trainer to help you
