Wow....I do feel the love.

If you say yes to Jesus....then the door is wide open.

All I'm saying is that God knows who will say no already.
I know it sort of makes God sound unfair in a sense.....believe me when I tell you that this doctrine of predestination was a hard one for me to swallow....

But God is fair & just.

The Book of Life will be added to continuously as new believers come to Christ. After the Great Tribulation period, people that are not saved will be thrown into the lake of fire, after the Great White Throne judgement.
Read Revelation Chapter 21 verses 11-15.

The door hasn't been shut and it won't be until the LORD shuts the door. There will be no doubt about that time. But instead of questioning these things why not do this, as the apostle Paul has instructed us.

Romans 10:8-13 But what saith it? THE WORD IS NIGH THEE, EVEN IN THY MOUTH, AND IN THINE HEART: that is the, the word of faith, which we preach;
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou sahlt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED.
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same LORD over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.

2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I HAVE HEARD THEE IN A TIME ACCEPTED, AND IN THE DAY OF SALVATION HAVE I SUCCORED THEE: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

I'll answer with the same text from a previous question. Read it and you tell me if it is possible that changes can still be made to the book of life...

Revelation 22:19 (King James Version)
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

It would take a pretty petty God to allow children to continue to be born knowing that the door was closed. If there is a God, it's a lot more loving than that.

The book of life was finished long ago and should not be added to or taken away from.
