It a crazy idea that popped into head. What if the US, Canada, and Mexico started something like the EU. Mexicans are already entering the country nonstop and canada gives us lots of products. It would be a good idea, but knowing that we (Americans) wouldn't want to change the dollar and the possiblity that once people from Canada and Mexico enter the US adn not come back is high. What do you think.

U.S.A. forefathers are turning in their graves.
I just can't imagine how much more crowded it will be in the U.S.A. when thousands of immigrants from Canada and Mexico will move next door to us.

I'd like to know; what's the difference between this (New World Order) and Hitler's dream of world domination?

It isn't a 'crazy thought' go to SPP.gov.

It is a horrible idea for the actual citizens of all three countries and only the wealthy and large business would benefit at the expense of the rest of the citizenry. That is why only large corporations and governments are represented on thier working groups.

Our schools and hospitals are already failing our own people in the US with the level of illegal immigration above sane quotas. WE would have to pay to raise Mexico's infrastructure, and our own people would lose the benefit of the services we set up for ourselves.

Canada is less of an issue becuase the economic field, education opportunities etc are less disparate. However, Mexico is impossible.

I think it is a horrible idea and the NAU is nothing new, its been a widely discussed secret for some time now.

You assume Canada and Mexico will just want to give up control and let America make the decisions, if I were Canadian or Mexican I would tell you where you could put that idea.

It will be profitable for a few (big business) and disastrous for many (we the people)....

EDIT:

Dog tricks, amen to that....

NAFTA is destroying the American middle class.NAFTA already destroyed Mexico's economy which has caused this illegal immigration problem in the first place. An NAU would just be the topping of the cake for what our politicians have already done to our country. It's NOT a good idea at all.

It's already in the works. The proposed currency will be called the amero. No one government deserves control over such a large mass of land. What will happen if our leader/leaders become as greedy as Mexico's? How would we clean up Mexico and expect it to stay clean? It's actually pretty scary if you ask me and I don't think anyone should support it. It's just a way for greed to take over in a larger scale.

It is a horrible idea. Apparently you haven't been reading the posts from the Brits. All of these terms are just covering up what is happening - world socialism.

It would be an excellent idea and represent a huge hegemonic power, especially if bound to the European Union--the West.

Only with such a combination can we successfully compete with growning giants such as Russia (energy), China, and India.

I truly believe the Constitution of the United States could serve as the bases for a world government; however, let´s start small with North America.

The only people who think it's scary are lower class white racist rednecks

I can't wait for it personally. We can all be unified as one people and finally work together.
