well i'm 13 and the same height and i weigh 113 which is an average weight.
So i'm guessing 110-125?

I am the same height, and according to my body mass index chart, the ideal weight range for a girl our height is between 115-135 lbs. However, this is interesting, we are not considered overweight by that index until we hit about 145. Yay!!!

To be healthy you should weigh anywhere between 115 and 125 or so. I'm being honest, my mom is a personal trainer and when I was your height thats the answer i always got.

Im your age.. well nearly 15 and i am about 5'6 and I weigh 119 so anywhere between 105 and 125 i think.

a healthy weight is whatever you feel comfortable at and you shouldn't force yourself to want to be average
but if you really are curious according to the center for disease control and prevention (cdc) a healthy wait would be around 95-110 pounds.

about 100 - 115 if you are overweight then try doing arobics it works
