We must remember that God is not the ruler of this world. The material world. So despite popular opinion God does not control every single thing on this world. A couple more points. It is written in the Book of Matthew 5:45 "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in Heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." God has no special provisions for christians in that He promises an easy and comfortable life. The acts of nature happen to everybody, christian and non-christian. I'm sure there were chritians who died along side non-christians in the tsuanami that happened a couple of years or so ago. Here is another point I'd like to make. In the Book of 2 Corinthians 12:7-10. 7/And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 8/For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9/And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10/Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in repoaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. I believe these verses are saying it is better to have the power o Christ in you, even in pain and suffering, than to live in comfort without Him. Hope this helps.

What a weird question? So would it be safe to say that American people didn't pray enough and that's why they died in those two towers on 9/11? God doesn't work like that. He is not there to punish you. Why would you even think something like that?

The Bible speaks of how in the last days that there would be wars, rumors of war, famine, pestilence and EARTHQUAKES in divers(e) places. What they're related to as far as who caused them and etc. isn't told, but it IS to serve as a warning that our time is short.

God's love works in mysterious ways. Christians probably think that they should be grateful for god's attention.
