Several days ago I got a little tiny George Foreman grill. SO, tonight I am going to grill up some shrimp with some Cajun seasoning and maybe a side of collards.
Wanna stop over? I'll put on some for you, too!

Chicken breasts cooked in the crock pot - I use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup along with some of Emeril's Essence seasoning.
Tonight when I get home I'll cook some smashed taters and some green beans to go with it.

Funny, I just finished my breakfast toast, and was thinking of that. I think I'll make homemade hamburgers with fries. Oh, just wait, my teen son isn't going to be home, just me and my husband. Maybe just a casserole, then son can have the leftovers tomorrow for lunch.

I am having homemade chicken burgers wholewheat buns all the triming and pasta salad a bottle or two of white homemade wine and icecream for dessert

Mozarella Beef Wraps. It's an new recipe I have been wanting to try all week. They have pizza sauce, pepperoni, hamburger & a whole piece of string cheese in them - they should be yummy!
