Sorry, kyo, but you have to do what mom says, even this. We were all kids once and we all faced similar problems.
The great thing is that we all grew up! And, so will you.
It will only last for another year or two. In the meantime,
1) be kind to your older sister - she didn't come up with this idea;
2) be as obedient and responsible as you possible can - this will impress your mom and she might relax a bit with regard to other restrictions
3) don't stress - you're not going to miss meeting your husband by delaying your dating options
4) fill your time with other activities that don't involve boys
By the way, I don't think you should date until your sixteen either, but you might want to suggest to mom that she consider allowing you to go out on group dates.
Hope that helps. Hang in there. Time goes by faster than you can imagine!

I'm thankful I didn't date guys until I was 16 because I got to enjoy hanging out with my friends and having fun and being happy all the time. When I started dating at 16, and got my heart broken for the first time, it completely ruined my trust for people. I have only dated 3 guys since and I'm almost 20. I'm happily engaged to a wonderful guy I met in college, but it's still hard for me to trust. Of course, if you're a girl who just wants to have sex, then I don't know if it has any emotional value to you or not when you date guys. Trust me, you'll thank your mom later.

Your parents are only worried that you stay safe and aren't taken advantage of, if you respect their wishes and show them that you have made an effort to keep to their rules you could find them trusting you more and relaxing their rules in some areas.

this happened to me. I couldn't date unless I took my younger sister with me. When she became 16 and started dating on her own, then I could too, and I was older.
it's your parent's rules. there isn't much you can do about it but live with it.

yea i understand that, just becuz she says that doesn't mean you can't get closer in knowing girls, and you don't alwayz have to tell your mom. that's what i had to do, until i made sure they trusted me & now they do so no worries
