why does it have a strong negative correlation to IQ?

Heh, I knew I'd get people in here saying they have an IQ of a billion. News flash: online IQ tests aren't legit.

Depending on the religion, many religions actively discourage education and learning. I've actually seen Christians refuse to read something that would give them an education because it might make them doubt their god.

Assuming your numbers are right, who ever said that religion was great? Assuming it is great, who ever said that religion being great was somehow dependent on high IQ?

well figures may lie, if liars are the ones working the figures--
My IQ is much higher than shown on the scale & I am a Christian... I know there are many others-- So it is a matter of where the information is gathered...??

Maybe because it gives hope to the lower classes. Telling them that God sees them as important enough to die for them.. His strength is manifest in weakness... Jim
