Ah, excuse me Jane but.... there is no proof god exists. the almighty all powerful god has been playing hide and seek since the beginning of time. Just one guest appearance on the johnny carson show or saturday night live would set things straight with religion do you really think that is asking too much of god? No proof whatsoever so no! you can't turn it around sweetheart

How much time would you have wasted if you realize there is a GOD? What will you do? Would you take an express lane to get to God then? Would you take a crash course to get to him?

Right Larry there is no Proof.. THANK GOD.. Because salvation come through faith and faith and proof can't exist at the same time. When there is proof we call that knowledge and no one can be saved by knowledge. As for not being a God you have trouble since you have faith that life began though some spontaneous means. SCIENCE teaches that that is impossible. So you go on and believe your impossible faith, people of faith will go on believing in God.. Still if you are right no one will be there to say I told you so. If we are right.. well that's a terrible thought I would rather not see anyone be condemned to... Jim

For me it was a long process. I was a Christian fundamentalist as a teenager. At 19 I realized that the bible was false and that organized religions were a sham. Then I got into meditation and eastern spirituality, realized that was largely a sham. Then I got into zen buddhism (and they don't believe in a God of any kind), and ultimately by about age 27 I started losing my ability to believe that anyone knew what they were talking about concerning god. By about age 30 I officially called myself an atheist. After having a devout religious drive and touring many religious beliefs and meeting many people and meditating, praying, fasting and the whole bit I no longer believe in anything paranormal or supernatural. Was it time wasted? Sort of yes and no. I know what I know now very securely, and if it weren't for going through and experiencing all of it for myself I would not have such a solid understanding of my atheism.

How much time have you spent on your life for nothing?

See if you can find one man or woman.A single soul who tries to do right.

God wants to forgive that person.

God hits us hard, but it does not even faze us.He disciplines us,but we refused correction.

You never went to prayer meetings!
I will find some people from the best families,I will talk to them.
they will know what's going on,the way God works.
They will know the score.

They were no better rebels all! Off doing their own thing.

If attending church and doing other things to worship God gives a person a sense of happiness, I don't think it's a waste of time - even if there is no God.

We should all do what makes us happy. The world would be a better place, wouldn't it?

Nay. When you deny God, THEN you start wasting your time! Praying is wasting time?? No. Praying is harmless!!! Going to church is a peace for the soul! Looking up to the sky and HOPING someone up there will keep you in His shelter MEANS NO HARM!! Its worth hoping.. Then why not??

To me wasting time is sitting idle, in hoplessness and in helpless condition, and NOT believing...getting depressed; and throwing tantrums, and be vain eventually! I don't chose that at all!:D

Oh and What daylight would you claim to cherish; when you are blindfolded?

Ciao

I'm not the most religious person around, but you have to be pretty ignorant not to understand that there must be a "higher power" or "higher intelligence". What created life? What "made the universe"? Where did all this stuff come from? I'm not one for going to church and all that, but come on...common sense tells us that there must be a higher power. Maybe God loves us, maybe he hates us, or maybe he couldn't care less about us, but somebody or something created us.

How much time will you waste before you realize that there is a God? I do these things because I find peace in God and knowing that there is something better for me after this life. Its not up to you to worry about what I do but to worry about why your not.

How much time will you have wasted when you realize you're no better than those who say others are going to hell for not believing as they do? Live and let live man. Who cares if someone believes in God or not? Is it hurting you? Learn some tolerance.

You speak as if this life is eternal. Surprise, surprise... How many years have gone by on you now? In a blink of an eye, you age very fast! Our time on earth is way too short. What's it all for?

Tomorrow comes very quickly, be prepared.
